The client had initially implemented Procore to manage capital projects across its global operations. However, after 1–2 years of attempting an internal rollout, adoption remained low and the platform was underutilized. Without dedicated resources to manage the implementation or support multiple project needs, Procore remained on the “back burner” for most teams.

Managing multiple Procore instances—12 at the outset, eventually expanding to 16—created additional complexity. Each region and project type required tailored workflows and governance. • Designing complex Delegation of Authority (DOA) workflows tailored to each Procore instance, ensuring approval processes aligned with regional and project-specific requirements.
• Implementing Procore’s multi-currency beta feature, addressing complex financial requirements across global operations.
• Managing a multi-instance environment that allowed the client to scale Procore use by region and project size while maintaining standardized company templates and configurations.

Training & Ongoing Support
